Got some bad news. I woke up too late today, well 9am instead of 8am, to call the doctors for an appointment to get re-referred back into the mental health services. ALL the appointments had gone for the day. And as it's the Queen's Diamond Jubilee this weekend and Monday & Tuesday I won't be able to phone for an appointment until Wednesday 6th June.
I really think that's too long to wait. I need to see someone NOW.
